Founder & President: Tracy Noseworthy
With over 35 years of experience in the Canadian hospitality industry, Tracy Noseworthy has established herself as a results-driven leader. Her achievements include launching many of Canada’s top wine brands, developing successful wine programs, and leading numerous teams to excel within the wine industry.
Born and raised in South Africa, Tracy’s passion for wine began early as she learned about wine cultivation, traveling throughout europe familiarizing herself with the craftsmanship of renowned producers. After arriving in Canada, Tracy joined The Keg Restaurants, performing roles including management and facilitation of new restaurant openings. Tracy then spent fifteen years working for one of the world’s largest wineries, building the On-Premise Sales team, launching highly successful wine programs, contributing to the introduction of some of Canada’s most recognized wine brands.
Tracy Noseworthy, CSW
In 2019, Tracy launched Trayvino Wine Company, a one-hundred percent Canadian-owned and run business specializing in premium consignment wines from small, family-run wineries worldwide. As the founder and driving force behind the company, she is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, building strong partnerships, and curating unique wine programs tailored to the hospitality industry. Tracy’s hands-on approach and industry knowledge have earned her the trust of top restaurant groups, and continues to grow Trayvino with passion, integrity, and a focus on quality to bring exceptional, small-batch wines from family-run wineries to the Canadian market.
Beyond professional success, Tracy is deeply committed to philanthropy, a proud member of the Philanthropy Cabinet for Southlake Regional Health Centre and an active member of LIPS (Ladies in Philanthropy for Southlake), working to support healthcare initiatives in local communities. Tracy also supports organizations such as Els for Autism, We Care, and various women’s initiatives that uplift those in need.
Sharon Dowhal, CSW
As the On-Premise Business Development Manager at Trayvino Wine Company, Sharon Dowhal plays a vital role in driving our growth and forging lasting industry relationships. With 18 years of accomplished sales experience and CSW accreditation, Sharon brings expertise across both the retail and on-premise sectors. Her industry knoweldge, leadership, and proven track record have been instrumental in Trayvino’s continued success. Sharon’s passion for excellence and her commitment to the customer experience make her an indispensable part of our team.
Nancy Kennedy, WSET 3
With nearly three decades of experience within the wine industry, Nancy Kennedy brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team. Her journey began in the heart of Niagara’s wine region and expanded to include international imports, culminating in the achievement of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 certification. Nancy’s unwavering commitment to building meaningful relationships with customers has been a cornerstone of her success. In an industry that continues to evolve, we are proud to have Nancy as a valued member of our team—bringing expertise and professionalism to everything she does.
Henri Phrabaw, WSET
Henri Phrabawa, wine professional from Melbourne, Australia, now resides in Toronto. With over a decade of wine sales experience and WSET accreditation, Henri has worked with renowned producers like Penfolds, Beringer, Beaulieu Vineyards, Stags Leap, Caymus, Antinori, Ornellaia, and Dalmore, gaining a profound industry understanding. He values strong relationships and is passionate about connecting with people, Catch him proudly pouring wines from Trayvino or showcasing his expertise as a sommelier at a distinguished downtown steakhouse in Toronto.
